WELCOME TO MONROE'S OF PALM BEACH

Club of the Year 2018

The great Michael Jordan once said, ” Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.”

Las Vegas resident DJ/Producer Dave Stellar has made much more than a footprint in the Nevada desert
sand. Since moving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas six years ago, he has created a Stellar brand that has
dispersed throughout Sin City and beyond. Hard work and perseverance has brought Stellar to do what
he was born to do; And man, do we love him for it. His hard hitting progressive style will get any
club-goer to tear it up on the dance floor and immerse themselves in the power of EDM.

Los Angeles was the starting point for Stellar. He climbed his way up the clubbing ladder, moving in
circles that would ultimately map out his chosen path as a DJ and producer. Watching and learning from
his peers allowed Dave to gain the experience he needed to make the next move of his career – Vegas
baby!

Stellar was smart enough to know that simply mixing wasn’t enough in this dog-eat-dog DJ world. He
immediately turned his attention to producing, which soon after led to the launch of his label, Calamity
of Noise. Fast becoming one of the most recognized labels rising from the west coast, CoN has built
an impressive roster of DJing talent and showcases some of the most exciting young spinners in the
country as well as releasing tracks that have earned support from the likes of Loco Dice, Von Ukuf, Max
Gream, Donald Glaude, and DJ DAN.

Continuing his success on stage, Stellar has played alongside the DJ elite and holds residencies as the
city’s most established clubs. Handpicked by Paul Oakenfold’s Perfecto family at The Palms, he was
widely known for being the main event, AFTER the main event. His closing sets became infamous around
the city. Locals, tourists, and the who’s who in the industry would pour into the world famous Rain
Nightclub to catch his closing set. Just when you’d think the party was over, fans would follow him to
the Artisan, where the debauchery would continue until the sun came up. After a solid residency at Haze
nightclub in Aria where he regularly played alongside the likes of Laidback Luke and Mark Knight (who is
a big supporter of Stellar’s tracks and remixes) you can now find him LIGHT LV along with Skrillex, Major
Lazer, and Ingrosso. Stellar’s personality and love for what he does acts as a magnet for DJs and crowd
alike and he’s building up a reputation as someone people want to work with and play alongside.

Without doubt Stellar is the hardest working DJ in the city and all the hard work, perseverance paid
off. Word-of-mouth from club goer to club goer made DJ Stellar a household name for promoters and
club owners around the world. With a From Ultra Music Festival in Miami, to an appearance across the
pond at the legendary Carl Cox night at Space Ibiza, to the ADE Festival in Holland and a residency at
Nikki Beach in Cabo, Mexico, Stellar has continued to spread his wings across the EDM world and with a
collaboration and world tour with Kryoman added to that list, you can hear the BOOM from miles away!

DJ Stellar’s mission is to take everything you know about EDM and blow it apart with his aggressive-
progressive big room sound.

This is the future. This is Stellar.

Top Chef Gives Monroe's a Stellar Review

What made the 2008 New York Giants win at Super Bowl XLII so incredible was that no one expected the 9 and 7 G-Men to upset the heavily favored 18 and 0 New England Patriots. What made the 2016 Lebron James led Cleveland Cavaliers win over the 73 and 9  ( best record in NBA history ) Golden State Warriors after being down 3 to 1 so amazing, was that again no one expected it. So does this same principle apply to the best steak house in West Palm Beach? Who would expect that one of the best steak houses in South Florida would be attached to an adult night club? No one. So maybe that’s why foodies and culinary carnivores say hands down the best steaks in West palm Beach are at Legend’s Lounge. Legend’s Lounge is the restaurant connected to Monroe’s of Palm Beach, where customers enjoy 5 star dining and impeccable white glove service. Over the past 6 years, not only has Monroe’s won several top awards as the best nightclub in the country, but it’s steak house is mentioned with other top steak house’s in the Palm Beach area, such as Meat Market and Ruth Chris as the top steak joints in the county. Renowned chef and food critic Eric Henry visited Legend’s Lounge last week and raved about some of their top signature dishes. He went on record saying that what separated Legend’s from other steak houses in the Palm Beach area is their 36 oz Bone-in Ribeye Tomahawk Steak is kept fresh, where other top steak restaurants serve a frozen Tomahawk. Another steak he gushed over was the 6 oz filet, which was flame broiled to perfection, using very little seasoning to allow the true taste of the steak. The top chef, who has worked both front and back of the house in several 4 and 5 star restaurants, told the in house video crew, who was shooting his visit, the true test for a filet is cutting it with a butter knife, which he did with ease while carving his filet. Henry was equally impressed with two of Legend’s Casa Mia pasta dishes, saying their Fettuccine Bolognese was as good as any served in the finest Italian restaurants in South Florida. Another Casa Mia favorite Henry had high praise for was the Linguini with White Clam Sauce, stating the combination of the White Wine Butter sauce and subtle seafood blend made this classic dish a perfect choice for diners who are looking to go light on the calories but heavy on flavor. After sampling several items on the Legend’s menu, Henry spoke about how only Monroe’s of Palm Beach and Council Oak at the Hard Rock were the only two steak houses in South Florida who offer such an amazing deal on the Tomahawk. The Tuesday Tomahawk special includes a bottle of Tito’s and a top center cut 36 oz steak for $100.00. This same deal would be double the price at any other establishment. He also found the pricing of the 6 oz Filet special for $24.99, that comes with a baked potato and broccoli exceptional, stating this would be priced in the $40.00 range at other top steak houses.Lastly, the culinary connoisseur, who now travels South Florida to all of the best eateries, said, “who would expect 5 star dining in a lounge attached to an adult night club?” To find out more about Legend’s steak selections and specials and Thursday night’s Casa Mia specials, check out monroesofpalmbeach.com

Giving Back A Priority

Monroe’s Of Palm Beach Makes Giving Back A Priority

Critics of the world of adult entertainment have found the industry to be an easy target over the years, with accusations that most gentlemen’s clubs are hubs for illegal activity and human trafficking, and in some cases some of their complaints have been justified with shady management tactics and unfair labor practices.

But one management group has gone out of it’s way to change the perception that some have of Gentlemen’s clubs in South Florida. Unconquered Management, which owns and operates Monroe’s of Palm Beach, Double Dee’s Saloon and the recently re branded The Manor of Palm Beach, has spent the last five years giving back to the communities of West Palm Beach.

These clubs have contributed tens of thousands of dollars in toys and donations to charity groups such as the Children’s Healing Institute, Palms West Children’s Hospital and the Big Dog Rescue Ranch.

Most people feel the urge to give when holiday season approaches, but for the past 4 years, Monroe’s of Palm Beach has hosted a Christmas in July toy drive that has raised thousands in cash donations and toys for the Children’s Healing Institute. For Valentine’s Day, Monroe’s hosted a “Build A Bear” event at a local mall that saw children, stricken with cancer and other terminal illnesses receive their own bears for the holiday. The team at Unconquered was back at it again for Halloween delivering thousands of dollars of costumes for those same children.

Besides the toy drives and the holiday events for children, the Unconquered Management  has sponsored several car shows that have raised thousands for the Big Dog Ranch Rescue Ranch.

When interviewed for this story, owner Scott Lizza went on record saying, “Being voted Club of the Year”means nothing if we aren’t able to give back to the community that supports us.

When entering the field from the club house at Yankee Stadium, there is a sign that hangs in the narrow hallway that says,” I want to thank the good lord for making me a Yankee,” Joe DiMagio. There is a similar hallway entering the offices at Unconquered Management, with a sign that says, “Giving is the master key to success, in all applications of human life.”

Feature Entertainer Tournament

The Vince Lombardy Trophy was named after the iconic coach who won the first two NFL championship games. Monroe’s of Palm Beach will be hosting their fifth annual Feature Entertainer Tournament this Memorial Day weekend and like the Vince Lombardi Trophy, the club is naming it’s feature tournament crown after legendary feature entertainer Christina Aguchi, who won  the 2nd  international competition.

The winner of several Entertainer of The Year awards, including last year’s ED magazine’s top award, Ms. Aguchi recently announced that she is retiring from the feature life. To honor her stellar career and her accomplishments as a feature entertainer, Monroe’s has decided to name their tournament’s top spot the Christina Aguchi Feature Tournament Crown.

Last year’s tournament saw entertainers from around the globe compete to earn $5,000.00 in cash and prizes. This year’s roster will include some of the biggest names in the industry all competing in what has become the number one feature tournament in the country.

Aguchi shocked the feature world last year when she took her $5,000 first place winnings from the Monroe’s tournament and shared it with the other five contestants.

Monroe's is home to the best steak house in West Palm Beach, Legends Lounge

For years, if you were looking for the best steak in West Palm Beach, you might find yourself at Morton’s or Ruth Chris, but steak lovers in South Florida are saying that’s not the case anymore. The 36oz bone in “Tomahawk” Ribeye at Legend’s Steak House is being touted as the best steak in Palm Beach county. Dried a minimum of 21 days, this center cut has been voted by several culinary magazines and websites as the top prime Black Angus steak on the market today.

Executive chef Kevin Collins' menu resembles the 27 Yankees “Murderers Row” with the Tomahawk leading off and the Chairman’s Reserve, New York Strip batting in the clean up spot. This spectacular lower third prime steak has been voted a favorite by some of the top chefs in the industry. But every great lineup needs a strong three hitter, and Legend’s Center Cut Filet Mignon has true home run power and is hand cut in house.

With an assortment of other top center cut steaks on the menu, Legend’s has become the steak house that foodies are buzzing about in the West Palm area. And if steak is not what your pallet is looking for, their three foot seafood tower is sure to leave any seafood lovers in awe. Stacked with Lobster, Shrimp and Crab, this modern day succulent wonder will have your taste buds screaming for more.

Heavy hitters, movers and shakers from around the country are raving about Legend’s selections of top center cut steaks. Earlier this year, Academy Award nominated director Jason Cohen visited this culinary hot spot and called the Tomahawk “the best steak he’s ever had in his life..” This past spring, former Maxim magazine executive editor, Mike Hammer said “I thought I was back at Peter Lugar’s in Brooklyn” after sharing the giant 36 oz steak with a friend. A Hall of Fame linebacker from the New York Giants visited Legend’s a few months ago and not only boasted about the great food, but also the five star service he received from the talented staff.
